China Road and Bridge Corporation is supposed to develop and implement the 3.2-billion-euro worth of projects for utility infrastructure and municipal solid waste disposal in 65 municipalities.

China Communications Construction Company is building the 7.9km stretch of highway from New Belgrade to Surcin worth around 63 million euros.

The representatives of Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting System Co, Ltd., Serbia’s Economy Ministry and the southern city of Nis signed a MoU after the company said it was interested in opening a factory in Serbia which would supply its clients in Europe. The company’s products range includes beam moving heads, LED lights, outdoor lights, laser lights and light control systems.

The China Road and Bridge Corporation, CRBC, is planing the construction of a 300-million-euro Serbian-Chinese industrial park in Belgrade.

In March 2019, the Football Association of Serbia and the Shangdong Linglong compant signed an agreement on the sponsorship of the football Superliga and the First League of Serbia, which is reportedly worth over a million euro.

In August 2018, representatives of China's Shandong Linglong compant and the Serbian Government signed an agreement on the construction of a car tyre factory in Zrenjanin, in which around 880 million euro will be invested and where 1,500 people will be employed. From the very beginning, the investment has been the subject of critisism due to the company's possible impact on the environment, as well as the poor treatment of its workers.
 

Power Construction Corporation of China Ltd., Azerbaijan’s Azvirt and a consortium of local companies are building the Bubanj Potok bypass, which costs around 227 million euro. Export-Import Bank of China loan finances 85 per cent of the project.

In 2014, the new Kostolac B3 block with a capacity of 350 MW, and the intention to increase its capacity of the Drmno surface mine to 12 million tonnes per year, was funded by a China ExIm Bank loan. Serbia was widely critised for investing in dirty energy despite its pledge to decrease its CO2 emissions. It is unclear when the construction will be completed.

Export-Import Bank of China is supplying a 225.2 -million-euro loan for construction of the Obrenovac-Ljig Highway. The China-based company Shandong is building the highway.

In 2020, the Serbian government signed a commercial contract with the China Road and Bridge Corporation worth 606 million euros for the construction of the Fruskogorski corridor road. The competent Chinese governmental ministry and the Chinese Exim Bank approved the loan for the construction of the road.
