China donated metal detector doorways, scanners and detection equipment as well as 40,000 masks and 1,000 protective suits and goggles to Serbian police.
In 2009, North Macedonia and China agreed on a donation project to reconstruct the Goce Delcev elementary school in Prilep, worth 300,000 euros. The project was completed in August 2010.
The renovation of the Rajko Zinzifov Elementary School started in November 2012 with a four-million-euro donation from the Chinese government. The school is a symbol of a friendship between the Asian and Balkan country. The project was completed in September 2014.
China donated equipment said to be worth 7 million euro to modernise North Macedonia's educational system in April 2017 with Huawei ICT equipment. The gear was installed in 27 schools and in the Faculty of Information Sciences and Computer Engineering.
A Macedonian minister and the Chinese ambasador signed an agreement for non-repayable grant worth 80,000 euro to equip North Macedonia’s Institute of Molecular Biology in December 2019.
In December 2019, a Macedonian Minister and the Chinese ambasador signed an agreement for non-repayable grant for realisation of projects in the sectors of health and social protection worth over 3.8 million euro to help with emergency medical care.
China donated nine engineering vehicles to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s armed forces.
China donated six new military unloading trucks, two tank tractors with a low semi-trailer, two trucks with a loading crane, three backhoe loaders and one bulldozer and a compact loader, all with spare parts to the Bosnian military, worth 1.27 million euros.
China donated 50,000 COVID-19 vaccines produced by Sinopharm, which were delivered to Bosnia and Herzegovina in late-April 2021.
